Concierge & Partner Referral Program

Walla Walla Travel partners with hotel concierges, lodging staff, and other hospitality professionals in the Walla Walla Valley. When a guest asks you about wine tours or trip planning, you can refer them to us with a single text message. We record every referral, match it to the guest's booking, and credit the referral to you and your property.

The program is open to hospitality partners only. It is not a customer-facing service — guests book directly at wallawalla.travel.

Text the referral line from your mobile phone:

You will receive a reply confirming the referral was logged. If we can't read a referral, we'll reply asking for the guest's name so nothing is lost. When a referred guest books, the referral is matched and credited to you and your property.

By sending a text message to +1 (509) 204-8756, you opt in to receive transactional SMS replies from Walla Walla Travel about your referrals: receipt confirmations, correction requests, and booking-confirmed notifications. We never send marketing or promotional messages on this line, and we only message partners who have texted us first.

Message frequency varies with your referral activity — typically one to two replies per referral you submit. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of referral SMS. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@wallawalla.travel. Opting out does not remove you from the referral program — you can still reach us by email, and texting the line again re-subscribes you.
