Welcome to Walla Walla Travel. We provide wine country tour booking, destination management, and travel planning services in Walla Walla, Washington. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking and Payments
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts are $250 for parties of 1–7 guests and $350 for parties of 8–14 guests. For parties of 15 or more, a custom deposit amount applies — please contact us. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking details.
Final payment is due within 48 hours after your tour concludes. This allows us to accurately bill for actual service time, any additional services, and applicable costs incurred during your experience. Refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original payment method.
Tours are not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Walla Walla Travel. After your deposit is received, we will contact you to finalize your itinerary.
Tour pricing is based on services rendered. Customers acknowledge that the final tour total may differ from the initial deposit-time estimate to reflect actual services provided. This includes, without limitation: extended tour duration beyond the initial estimate, lunch and meal costs, additional venue stops, or other services requested or required during the tour. Walla Walla Travel will document services rendered and provide an itemized invoice for the final balance. Customers consent to this adjustment mechanism by booking a tour.
2. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Walla Walla Travel. These messages may include booking confirmations, deposit reminders, itinerary updates, and day-of logistics. SMS messages are sent via Twilio and are strictly transactional in nature.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To request assistance, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive booking communications by email. For questions about SMS, contact info@wallawalla.travel.
Hotel concierge staff and other business partners enrolled in Walla Walla Travel's referral program may also receive transactional SMS messages confirming receipt of guest referrals submitted to us, and notifying the partner when a referred booking has been confirmed. Partners opt in by sending the first text message to our dedicated referral line — messages on that line are only ever sent in reply to a partner who has texted us — and may reply STOP at any time to opt out. The referral texting instructions and full consent disclosures are published on our Referral Program page. These messages are sent to a dedicated phone number separate from customer-facing SMS and are subject to the same opt-out and frequency disclosures described above.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details on how we collect and handle the information used for SMS, including that mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing, see our Privacy Policy.
3. Services Provided
We provide safe, professional transportation to Walla Walla wineries and other destinations as agreed upon in your itinerary. We work with you to create a personalized experience, including winery selections, lunch reservations, and timing preferences.
Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation, our services do not include wine tasting fees at wineries, meals and beverages, gratuities for your driver (appreciated but not required), or other personal expenses.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information, including guest counts, contact details, and any special requirements. Please communicate any changes to your plans promptly — itinerary changes can be requested up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour, subject to availability. Changes requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.
All guests must comply with the rules and policies of wineries, restaurants, and other venues visited during your tour. All guests participating in wine tasting must be 21 years of age or older. We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their party. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
5. Refund Policy
For full refund terms, including refund eligibility based on notice period, please review our Refund Policy. Tours operate in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or unsafe driving conditions, we may reschedule your tour at no additional charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
Walla Walla Travel maintains appropriate commercial vehicle insurance and liability coverage. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items — please keep valuables secure during your tour.
Wineries, restaurants, and other venues we visit are independent businesses. We arrange access to these venues as part of your experience, but we are not liable for their services, policies, hours, or operations. We reserve the right to substitute comparable venues if circumstances require changes to your itinerary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walla Walla Travel's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the tour in question.
